"You're amazing, and when you're not incredibly drunk and hung over you're fun to be with." Demetrios said. "I also happen to think you're very beautiful."

"If you haven't realized, most of the time I am drunk or hung over." Yasmin said. "What's so amazing about me?"

"Everything." Demetrios replied. "The way you hunt, the fact that you didn't try to kill yourself...when I was around...with the whole Devon thing." He sighed. "I did realize you are most of the time."

"I mean besides hunting. I don't want that consuming my life, I never did, but it seems like it already has. And I'm not a coward. I'd never commit suicide." Yasmin said.

"That in itself is amazing to me. You even tried to find a cure when you became a vampire." Demetrios replied.

"I don't want that to be amazing." Yasmin said. "And only you and Devon know about that! Something that other's can know about, Demetrios. Not part of that secret life."

"It wasn't the fact that you were that. You looked for a cure. That's the amazing part. I've seen plenty of hunters who have just given up and stayed that way." Demetrios replied. "I didn't tell anyone else."

"I only looked because I didn't want to be a vampire and I wanted Devon to love me again." Yasmin said.

Demetrios sighed. "At least you looked." He stated.

"That's still not what I want to be loved for." Yasmin said.

"It isn't what I love you for." Demetrios replied. "You asked me why I thought you were amazing. The truth is because I've seen you fight through some tough battles and still come out. Maybe you're still fighting some of them, but you can win them."

"Then why do you love me?" Yasmin asked. "The normal drunk me? What about that makes you love me?"

"Before you had your entire life screwed up, by that bastard, you would have this look in your eyes. They would sparkle. I think that's what I fell in love with." Demetrios replied. ((He's such a sap.....))

"You know how cheesey that sounds?" Yasmin said, smirking a little. "Alright, and after that?"

"Yeah I know. I was always jealous of Devon and when he went after that Melanie girl I was angry with him. The way he treated you wasn't fair." Demetrios replied.
