The Roleplay

"If you'd like I have a place where you can stay." Cedric replied. "It's a safer place than out here."

Masen hugged Ani back. "If I thought you meant it I wouldn't be here." He said.

"Who do you think has been teaching our daughter? Besides, it's a talent I grew up on and the only thing I have of my human past. I want to keep it." Dawn said.

"It looks stupid." Liam grumbled.

Kira glanced up at Kolian. Friend? She hadn't heard anyone call her that in decades. She then waited for what he was going to tell Cedric, unsure herself of what she should say.

Cole smiled. "that's very kind, but, I'm quite surprised you would just offer that to someone you just met on the street." he said.

Ani clung to him. "I'm sorry..." she whispered and buried her face into his shirt. She trembled. "I almost... I almost killed her..." she whispered, her voice shaking. "she doesn't want me..." ani's hands turned into a fist on his back, clinging to his shirt. She continued to tremble.

"Trust me if you do something to cause problems my wife and son can take you out." Cedric replied with a smile.

Masen nodded. "I'm sorry, Ani." He replied. "She does want you. She just doesn't know what to do with this situation."

Avruen smiled. "ah, so someone been practicing." he pulled Dawn close to him and kissed her gently. "I'm glad it hasn't died. The way you danced was one of the ways I fell in love with you." he said.

Sari crossed her arms. "you're so mean." she pouted.
"you have no feelings for anyone but yourself... You're... You're selfish!" she said.

Cole smiled and looked down at Kira. "want to stay with them..?" he asked. He then looked at Cederic, "I'm assuming you're a fellow vampire as well? You don't smell like blood as humans do." he said.

Ani shook her head. "she thinks I'm a monster." she whispered shakily. "some monster that stole her real daughter..." she swallowed hard. "I'm... I'm scared..." she finally admitted. She didn't know how else to explain it. She was scared. She was out on her own now basically. And, she was trusting someone other than family to help take care of her. She didn't quite think she would ever do this until marrige or something.

Cedric nodded. "I've been a vampire for a very long time." He said.

"We should go talk to my dad." Masen replied. "I'm sure he'll let you stay. He was in the same boat once. Mom may throw a fit but she'll get over it." He smiled assuringly. "I'll take care of you, Ani."

Kira looked at the two and then back at Cole. "Why are you asking me?" She asked.

Dawn smiled and laid her head on his chest after the kiss. "I remember perfectly." She murmured.

"So? I don't care what you think." Liam stated.

Cole smiled. "i've been one for a while, maybe not as long." he said. "and I would appreciate a place to stay." he said. He looked at Kira. "because, you were invited as well." he said.

Ani smiled weakly at thoes words. She knew if she had no one else, she would a least have masen to care for her. She slowly let go, and picked up her backpack filled with clothes and such. She assumed she would have to sneak back into the house to get anything else she wanted.

Sari turned away and suddenly, she seemed less threatening as she sighed. "look at my parents..." she was amazed with how they danced. "I wish I could dance like that..." she said softly. She had no partner though.

Av smiled. "tell me about it." he whispered. "my memory is getting fuzzy." he smiled.

Kira sighed and looked at Cedric. "Why are you inviting us to stay with you?" She asked him.

Liam stopped the game and looked at her parents. "Why can't you? You were dancing before. Even though you looked stupid doing it." He said.

"Well, at first we didn't get off on a good start. But soon we warmed up to each other. I told you how I was turned and had been a dancer almost my whole human life. I showed you how to do a simple dance and soon we fell in love. If I remember correctly that night or the night after we went to a field and watched the stars." Dawn said.

Avruen smiled. "you know what's funny?" he asked. "I don't remember at all why we didn't get along." he said softly. He ran his fingers along her back. "I can only remember how I loved you, and how I still do." he smiled.

Sari sighed, "well you're stupid for comming to a ball and playing a video game." she retorted. "That dance is for two people. I'm only one person." she explained. "if you think I looked stupid before, then I'll look like a compleate pshyco idiot dancing a two person dance by myself." she said and frowned.

"I can't remember either." Dawn said. She smiled. "I'm glad I don't remember. I don't want to have a memory like that. Just good ones. Like how we used to dance under the stars."

"I didn't want to come! I have to come because I'm a pureblood like my parents." Liam growled. "Do a one person dance then! Either way you'll look stupid."

avruen smiled and kissed Dawn on the top of her head. "one day let's get Sari a baby sitter then we can go dance under the stars again." he said softly.

Sari frowned. "stop that!" she said. He was such a brat. "I'm a pureblood too!" she said. She sighed, giving up. "scoot over." she demanded. (( x3 ))

"We could get Callum to watch her, maybe. He's always watching children. Or at least used to. I'm sure he wouldn't mind." Dawn said. She glanced over at Sari and frowned. "I don't think she's having a good time."

"No you're not because your mom and dad were turned into vampires, not born pure vampires! They're part human and so are you." Liam said, not moving. "Nobody in my family has ever been a human."

Av smiled. "yeah. I'm sure callum wouldn't mind at all." he said.
He glanced at Sari and sighed. "should I interfear...?" he asked softly.

Sari was perfectly quiet for a long time. She then finally spoke. "I am a pureblood vampire. I was adopted." she whispered. She bit her lower lip, then turned to leave Liam and his game boy. She had never liked re fact that she was adopted, but it was true. She did love her parents dearly though.

"Maybe that would be a good idea." Dawn said. "She looks like she's about to cry."

"Then how do you know you're a pureblood?" Liam asked, not paying any attention to if she was still there or not.

Av slowed the dance to a stop. He quickly went over to Sari as she was walking away from Liam.

"because I know who my real parents are." she whispered before she noticed Av comming over. She looked up at him sadly, feeling hurt. She wrapped her arms around his neck lovingly ad he wraped his arms around her tiny waist. "you love me right..?" she whispered, letting tears spill over and onto his tux. "of course Sari, you're my daughter." he said softly. He kissed her cheek. Sari was quiet for a long time. "why do you think my real mom and dad didn't want me...?" she whispered shakily. Avruen shook his head. "I don't know. But, I do know they made a mistake by givig you away. At the same time, I'm glad they did. Otherwise I wouldve never received such a beautiful girl." he said softly. He rocked Sari gently in his arms, and let her cry.

Liam only rolled his eyes.

Dawn quickly went over to the two. She started rubbing Sari's back. "Are you alright? I saw you looking a bit down and told Avruen to check on you." She said, staring sadly at Sari. She felt bad for having the two talk to each other now.

Sari sniffled and held her hand out to her mom. "hug too..." she said. "I'll be okay mommy. But I'm never ever talking to Liam again." she sniffled. She kind of figured she might break that vow. Seeing as she couldn't stand him in the least.

(( x3 she should like, never talk to him until they're like... Older. XDD and ignore him, and stuff, so when he makes mean comments she just leaves and acts like no one was there >3 or something. XDD ))
