Ani pulled the blanket tighter around herself. "I hate you Masen." she forced out, though she didn't mean a word of what she said. "I hate you!" she grabbed the thing cloest to her, which was a textbook, and threw it at Masen's back. He was a vampire now. A textbook wouldn't hurt him at all. Her eyes were filled with hate instead of tears. "Maybe I wanted to die! this whole world hates me anyway! There's no point in living if no one cares." she hissed. Each word that left her lips she knew she would regret one day.

Khalil nodded, "Okay, Stay there, I'll come to you maybe." he said and smiled weakly. "Alright?" he asked, to make sure she understood.

"I'm sorry Ani. I care, I'm sure your mother cares, Chance cares too. You're probably the first person to ever take Chance in after his mother left him. I couldn't let you die." Masen replied. "Chance would kill me and I would let him. I couldn't live with myself." He sighed. "If you want to see me after this you know where I am."

"Alright." Cassidy replied. "I have a full battery so you can call me if you need to."

Aristotle finally laughed, "Well, I just thought you were joking." he smiled, "We can match." he said and poked her gently, "It looks pretty nice. Go try it on." he said.

Joshua nodded, "But when two non purebloods have a child, their child is basically a human until he or she is turned.

Sari's eyes narrowed. "Shh!" she said, "I'm concentrating!"

Kolian turned and glared at Kira, "Stop!" he said, "Leave me alone. I'm not in the mood to talk to anyone!" he said.

Ani held her head in her hands and sobbed tearlessly. "Go away." she said.

Khalil nodded, "alright, love you Cassidy. I'll be there as soon as possible." he said.

"Ow." Lilith muttered, rubbing her arm from the poke. "Sorry, my body's been really sensitive lately. Yeah, I guess I'll try it on." She took the costume over to the fitting room. The man took out the part she could try on and she went in. A couple minutes later she came out wearing the costume. "What do you think?" She asked.

"I didn't know that." Thorn said. "I don't really know much about the vampire lifestyle, really. I don't even know my own parents or if they are even really my parents. I've only seen them once and I barely talked to them."

"I thought you said this was stupid." Liam said.

"Because some stupid girl was turned?" Kira said, not moving and still chewing on her fingertip. "Why should you care about that? To me it sounds like she almost died and from the sound of it probably would have if she wasn't changed.

Masen left the room and was out of the house pretty quickly also. He paused for a moment and looked up at Ani's room then turned toward the road.

"I love you too." Cassidy replied with a smile.
